Chairman of MISC resigns 3 weeks after his appointment
Umno MP Tan Sri Noh Omar has resigned as the chairman of the Malaysia International Shipping Corporation shortly after his recent appointment.

Tan Sri Noh Omar, who was appointed in June 1,2020 as Chairman of the Board of Directors, has tendered his resignation.
It said that his resignation came into effect on Wednesday, June 17, or 16 days after his nomination.
MISC said in a statement today that Noh made the decision after discussing it with Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, the Prime Minister.
“Tan Sri Noh Omar made the decision to tender his resignation upon discussion with the Honourable Prime Minister of Malaysia," the company stated.
