The company said Friday that by April 16, 2021, at the latest, the Oceanis vessel will be sold to the buyer for a sale price of US$5.75 million before commissions.

Separately, for one of its Capesize dry bulk vessels, m/v New York, Diana Shipping has entered into a time charter contract with EGPN Bulk Carrier Co., Hong Kong.

The gross charter rate is US$14,000 per day, minus a fee of 5% charged to third parties, up to June 30, 2022, for a period up to at least April 16, 2022. It is planned that the Charter will start on December 27, 2020.

A 177,773 dwt Capesize dry bulk vessel built in 2010 is the "New York".

For the minimum scheduled duration of the time charter, this employment is projected to produce approximately US$6.57 million of gross revenue, the shipowner said.
