MSC receives Maritime Sustainability Passport certificate
NAMEPA awarded MSC with the Maritime Sustainability Passport certificate and seal, acknowledging the company's responsible business activities and approach to sustainability.
The certificate is awarded to businesses, organizations and individuals who comply with NAMEPA's CSR/ESG Maritime Sustainability Program criteria, which in its Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social and Governance metrics cover each of NAMEPA's six accountability pillars.
The aim of NAMEPA's CSR/ESG program is to determine the corporate governance, climate and activities of the human element of an organization.
It provides services to the maritime industry as a whole and to particular businesses and individuals who strive to participate in the best practices of industry and play a role in creating a sustainable global environment, society and economy. Its six pillars of openness serve as the basis for the evaluation of sustainable practices.
