President of Pearl Naval Marine Chief Engineer Gürhan Burak Alkoç and Technical Manager of PMDS Eng. Reynaldo Garibaldi on behalf of PMDS have signed the subject agreement.

Pearl Naval is a group which has founded in 2017 and It operates handysize, handymax and supramax bulk carriers. The mission of the company is to provide first class ship management, chartering, newbuilding contracting and construction supervision services that meets safety, environmental and customer requirements.

Panama Maritime Group is one of the leading and very well organized group based in Panama which also has sister companies such as Torrijos & Asociados that is reputable Legal firm with all the experience in registration of vessels, and currently processing applications before Panama Maritime Authority for service suppliers.  The second sister company, Marine Training and Certification Centre, is in charged and thoroughly experienced in training courses , COC endorsements, renewals, upgradations. Lastly, but not less important is IMI, sister company specialized in flag state inspection which main goal is to assist operators, ship-owners or  any  company related to the maritime and security field to reduce the amount of deficiencies.
