Princess Cruises cancels more cruises
Princess Cruises has announced that it will continue to suspend cruise vacations in the Caribbean, California, Mexico, and the Mediterranean until June 30, 2021.
Princess will give guests booked on a cancelled cruise the opportunity to transfer to an equivalent cruise in 2022. The guests' 2021 fare will be covered on their 2022 voyage as a result of the rebooking process.
Alternatively, guests can choose between a potential cruise credit (FCC) worth 100% of the cruise fare paid plus a non-refundable bonus FCC worth 10% of the cruise fare paid (minimum $25 USD) or a full refund to the original form of payment.
The pause in operation affects the following voyages:
• Caribbean Princess
• Enchanted Princess
• Ruby Princess
Guests who are already booked on a cancelled voyage for which no matched cruise is available in 2022 will immediately receive a refundable future cruise credit (FCC) equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid plus a non-refundable bonus FCC equal to 10% of the cruise fare paid (minimum $25). Guests may also offer a full refund of their original payment method.
Requests must be submitted via this online form by April 15, 2021, or guests will be assigned to the FCC choice automatically. FCCs can be used on any cruises booked by December 31, 2022, and sailing by that date.
