The Princess Promise reassures guests that Princess will 'make things right' for any on-board service that has not met their expectations, underscoring the already deep commitment to service of the cruise line. The company said that this may include, but is not limited to, onboard credits, future cruise credits or refunds.

Princess is now extending its Book with Confidence scheme, which now offers guests the ability to adjust their holiday plans 30 days before the day of departure, earning cancellation fees as a future cruise credit. This flexible booking option is valid for any cruise bookings made through March 2, 2021, on voyages departing through October 31, 2021.

The cruise line also provides Princess Vacation Insurance for even greater peace of mind, which will provide full vacation protection in the form of either a future cruise credit or a refund of the cancellation fees that are usually non-refundable.

This package also covers passengers, including the safety of lost or damaged luggage, emergency care costs and emergency evacuation, and travel delay coverage that offers a pro-rated refund if the cruise is interrupted by sickness.
