Disembarkation is scheduled to begin on Sunday April 5 for guests who are fit to travel. Those guests can move home flights directly from the ship to Miami International Airport.
Anyone with any respiratory problems, or who are still recovering from a previous illness, must stay on board until the ship's doctors have medically cleared them, the company said.
Onboard are 1,898 people including 1,020 guests and 878 crew members.
According to NBC Miami, a separate statement made aboard said two guests had died.
