“Being on the water can be very calming and therapeutic for a lot of people. They find that their stress level goes down, they feel like they’re connecting with nature. We have found that doctors all over the world are prescribing nature if you will as a form of stress relief," said Dr. Sue Varma, a Board Certified Psychiatrist in an interview that she made with KRCR.
