According to a press statement, Dendias will be received by the country's President, Kais Saied, and the country's Prime Minister, Elyes Fakhfakh, and will also have discussions with his counterpart, Noureddine Erray.
The talks will concentrate on bilateral and regional problems, with a emphasis on developments in Libya and the broader East Mediterranean region.
With the recent developments in Libya, interest in the region has increased. Greek Foreign Minister took part in a donor videoconference for Sudan on Friday.
The initiative was led by Germany to provide the country with the necessary assistance, supported by the United Nations and the European Union.
Sudan continues to face major problems following the peaceful alteration of power a year ago and the agreement to establish a transitional government.
In this context, Greece has expressed its readiness to make financial contributions to the extent of its capabilities, so that Sudan can continue its efforts to preserve peace and stability, respect for the rule of law and human rights, and facilitate the requisite economic and social reforms.
