Baade has a strong management and strategic background and brings vast experience from her current position as CEO of The Army Families Federation in guiding an international welfare charity.
Her career also involves serving as a senior civil servant for the Business Innovation and Skills Department, a board of directors at the UK Skills charity and extensive investment banking experience.
