Guests on cancelled cruises will earn a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) valued at 125 percent of all amounts paid on Windstar reservations. Guests who want a refund will apply for a refund of their FCC equal to 100 per cent of the money charged to Windstar until they obtain their FCC certificate.
Windstar said it is evaluating and improving its health and safety procedures during this temporary pause in operations, including improved sanitation policies, health screenings, the inclusion of more on-board medical personnel, flexible dining and crew training.
